What data is collected?

When you complete the contact form: name, e-mail address, preferred dates, number of guests and your message. When you use the chat assistant or the booking module: the information you enter voluntarily.

Why?

Solely to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and, where applicable, manage your booking and stay. Your data is never sold or passed to third parties for commercial purposes, and is never used for advertising.

For how long?

Enquiries without a booking are kept for 12 months. Booking files are kept for the statutory accounting retention period.

Processors

The site uses two technical providers which may process data on our behalf: Lodgify (booking engine and calendar) and Limova (chat assistant). The contact form is processed by Netlify Forms.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@chalet-elodie-flaine.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for the booking module and the chat assistant may be set.

Rental terms are set out in the rental contract provided before any stay. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. French law applies.
